
Meet Chocolatier Liron Gal
Liron has over 12 years of experience in chocolate making. Liron was trained in the prestigious Ecole Lenôtre in Paris, as well as the Barry Callebaut chocolate academy in Chicago, under world-renowned chocolatiers such as Jean-Pierre Wybauw, Luis Amado and Frederic Hawecker.
Liron specializes in an innovative approach to chocolate making, finding a balance between different flavor or texture combinations that make each piece a unique experience. Only fresh, premium ingredients, free of preservatives and artificial flavors are used.
The name "mmm...chocolate" was inspired by her 2-year-old son's exclamations every time he saw her working with chocolate
