Meet Chocolatier Liron Gal
Liron has extensive experience in pushing the boundaries of chocolate making. Liron was trained in the prestigious Ecole Lenôtre in Paris, as well as the Barry Callebaut chocolate academy in Chicago, under world-renowned chocolatiers such as Jean-Pierre Wybauw, Luis Amado and Frederic Hawecker.
Liron specializes in "chocolate jewels" - fresh, premium ingredients blended to create unique flavors and decorated so beautifully that you’d think twice before biting them. (These standards apply to vegan products as well)
The name "mmm...chocolate" was inspired by her 2-year-old son's exclamations every time he saw her working with chocolate
